Rick And Morty Creator Surprised Fans With His Advice On Depression To A Twitter User

The co-author of Rick And Morty, Dan Harmon, gave the most illuminating answer to his fan.

Depression can really take on us and our families. It’s actually a disease which makes us feel that there is nothing good and we are not worthy of anything. There are times when we actually feel helpless and have no idea how to deal with it. A Twitter user by the name, ‘charming taint man’, a fan of Rick and Morty asked the co-author of the series, “Do you have advice for dealing with depression?”

She didn’t think the author would even reply but when he did, it was a great help for everyone. Chojuroh wrote, “I asked Dan Harmon because I wanted advice from someone who suffers but is not a professional. I participate in 4 separate therapies, and treating depression is the least of my worries. I know what works for me, but I knew it would help others for someone in the public eye to say something. Letting out your pain can do a lot of good in the long run, even if you don’t feel better right away.”

His advice was so good that people couldn’t stop thanking him.

If this isn’t good advice, then I don’t know what is!
