Bernard Pras is a French artist with a unique take on modern pop culture who is happy to look beyond the obvious to find something truly striking. He is best known for his recreation of iconic images from the past and present using pretty much anything he can find.

From stray objects to discarded junk, he puts it all together to remind us not only of the portrait’s subject but also all the multiple things that we use and tragically overlook.
