The Script Of Game Of Thrones’ Season 8 Is Allegedly Leaked & The Finale Looks Promising
Spoiler Alert: The post is dark and full of spoilers.
Game of Thrones is the most popular show on television right now. Fans wait for almost a year for 10 hours of footage of their favourite show. This time though, the wait is going to be longer as Game of Thrones‘ season 8 will come out in 2019.
In this condition, any detail that comes out becomes extremely important to fans. And guess what? We have some interesting details from GoT’s season 8 script.
Earlier this year, the initial few episodes were leaked. After this debacle, there were rumours that the show-runners will shoot multiple endings to keep the audiences guessing. But if this leaked script is anything to go by, nothing of that sort has happened.
Three pages from three different episodes of Season 8 have been leaked. While it might not look like a lot, it does give away a lot of important plot points. The episodes were third, fifth and sixth.
According to the initial reports in Express UK, here are the details:
Tyrion Lannister, Arya Stark, Sansa Stark, Brienne of Tarth and the Hound are racing through a camp that’s been overrun with wights.
The Hound is driving the wagon but they have company after a Dothraki Bloodrider, who’s been turned into a White Walker boards their wagon.
Meanwhile, the two pages said to be from episode five – which is the penultimate episode of the season and traditionally the most action-packed – sees Cersei Lannister and her brother Jaime locked in a fierce argument.
From the sound of things, winter has arrived in King’s Landing with the Night King and the White Walkers at the gates of the capital.
The report adds:
Cersei seems to have Jon Snow locked up in her dungeons while her brother pleads with her to listen to reason and focus on defeating the army of the undead.
To make matters worse, it looks like Cersei could burn down the entire city to stop Jon and Daenerys Targaryen from taking power.
On top of that it seems that Cersei may be willing to completely obliterate King’s Landing in her bid to get rid of the White Walkers.
There are leaks from episode six as well:
Finally, the pages which are thought to be from episode six sees a conversation between Tyrion and Bronn, which suggest that both survive the events of season eight.
It also hints that Bronn switches sides halfway through the season and joins the Mother of Dragons and that Daenerys ends up on the Iron Throne right at the end.
