Survey Reveals The 10 Best Sports And Workouts To Burn Those Stubborn Calories

Because the majority of people aren’t lifting weights for shits and giggles. They’re doing it so their bodies look and feel great. Fair enough we say – if you are waking up at 5 am to run in one spot for an hour, it better be doing something good. But which form of exercise does it best?
That’s exactly what research by supplement brand Forza tried ot figure out. And they took the trouble ot see which exercise burns the most calories. The top ten are listed below- but there’s a lot of interesting stuff to be found.
From the 50 types of activities listed watching TV sitting down ranks the last with a whopping zero calories burnt. India’s favourite pastime cricket came in with 272 calories per hour and sex clocked in at 200 calories for a man and 138 for a woman.
