Meet The Actor Who Has Impressed Everyone With His Villainous Role In Tiger Zinda Hai
People loved the Salman-Katrina film Tiger Zinda Hai, which released last week. But many people were likely left scratching their heads over the identity of the villain in the film. Nobody seems to know exactly who this menacing guy is.
But his identity is not a secret anymore. The actor playing Abu Usman in the film is Iranian actor Sajjad Delafrooz. He is based out of UAE. Tiger Zinda Hai is his first major role in a Bollywood film, but he has already made his Bollywood debut. Think, where have you seen this face before?
Answer- in the movie Baby. Yes, he played a blink-and-miss-it role in Akshay Kumar’s 2015 thriller Baby. He played a doctor in the film, who comes to the aid of Maulana when he’s being carted around by Akshay Kumar and Co.
In real life, Sajjad is an avid football follower, and a progressive thinking man. He is extremely funny as well. His Instagram account is proof of this.
Sajjad is also a huge fan of Bollywood, and especially of Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, and his cult classic film, Sholay. He, in a recent interview, revealed how Sholay is a famous film back in Iran. He also revealed his admiration for Imtiaz Ali’s works.
Who would’ve thought that an actor from Iran would play the villain in one of the biggest films of the year! Here’s hoping to see the talented actor on screen, again!
