Rishi Kapoor and is known for his outspoken nature on Twitter and this time he took to the microblogging site and openly spoke about Rahul Gandhi and his speech at the University of California in Berkeley. Rishi Kapoor wasn’t really happy with Rahul Gandhi’s speech where he spoke about how the dynasty culture has been relevant in India for ages.

Here’s what Rahul Gandhi said during his speech at University of California:

“Don’t go just after me. Dynastic politics is a problem in all political parties. Akhilesh (Yadav son of Mulayam Singh Yadav of the Samajwadi Party), (MK) Stalin (son of M Karunanidhi in DMK), Abhishek Bachchan – are all examples of dynastic legacy, also (Mukesh and Anil) Ambani (son of Dhirubhai Ambani), that’s how the entire country is running.”

Now, this didn’t really go well with Rishi Kapoor who is also a part of the Kapoor dynasty. He posted a series of tweets where he expressed that even though a legacy has been there in the Kapoor clan, each Kapoor won hearts of people across the globe through his/her talent and hard work.

This is what Rishi Kapoor tweeted:

Prior to this, Rishi Kapoor had tweeted about renaming buildings and roads that have been named on Congress leaders.

Apart from being active on Twitter, Rishi Kapoor is also busy working on his movies ‘Patel Ki Punjabi Shaadi’ and ‘102 Not Out’ that are in the pipeline.

Do you agree with Rishi’s point of view? What is your take on the dynasty culture that is seen in Politics and Bollywood, both? Let us know your views in the comment section!
