Now, if you get the GIF reference, you must know we are not making this shit up. We had pictured flying cars and time machines in the future but looks like the mankind has different plans for inventions. They decided to focus on creating dildos that help you store the ashes of your loved ones so that you can always feel close to them, even after they die.

The erotically-shaped urn is part of “21 Grams,” a memory box devised by Dutch designer Mark Sturkenboom to help grieving people feel the presence of their loved ones. The box also comes with a perfume diffuser that can hold the scent of the deceased person and if you thought this was a little too much, you’d be surprised to know that it also has the feature of an iPod amplifier so the bereaved can play songs that remind them of the deceased.

Now, if you are wondering what inspired Sturkenboom to design this brilliant invention, you’d be amused to know that his elderly neighbor is the reason behind this one-of-a-kind dildo existing on the planet earth.

Mark believed that the elderly lady who happens to be his neighbor missed her deceased husband so much and also spoke about him so often but the jar he had been kept in did not reflect her love for him and hence he thought of the memory box.

His objective behind this invention is to blend intimacy, the feeling of missing someone and love in one product. He hopes that people focus on the reasoning of the memory box and not just the sex toy part.

We are not too sure what we think about it. Do you have views on this? Share them with us in the comment section!
