Do You Remember Dhoom Actress Rimi Sen? This Is What She Is Doing Now!
The actor who made her Bollywood debut with Priyadarshan’s comedy film Hungama in 2003, was last seen in the reality show Bigg Boss in 2015. Rimi Sen had been paired opposite some of the top stars including Ajay Devgn, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar besides doing a cameo in Amitabh Bachchan starrer Baghban.
Since childhood, Sen dreamt of becoming an actress. After completing her studies, she persuaded her mother to accompany her to Mumbai. After doing the rounds, she got into ads including one Coca-Cola ad with Aamir Khan. She was instantly noticed, and her first offers for films started rolling in.
She followed it with appearances in big-budget movies like Dhoom (2004), Kyon Ki (2005), Garam Masala (2005) and Golmaal (2006). Sen also did a cameo in the 2006 film Dhoom 2. But she didn’t get many films after a while. Last seen in Big Boss, actor Rimi Sen joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the presence of national general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya.
Sen was inspired by the Prime Minister Of India. “Not only me but the entire nation is inspired by Prime Minister Modi. I will go wherever the party needs me. The government has given us a responsibility and we will fulfil it.”
