So, some of the costumes are auctioned for the cinema lovers and most of the times the money collected is donated to charity. The amount of moolah these iconic props or items were auctioned at is unbelievable.
#1 Aamir Khan’s bat in ‘Lagaan’- Rs 1,56,000.

The movie that was nominated for the Oscars had brilliant performances. The bat which was signed by the whole cast and Aamir Khan was auctioned for a huge amount of Rs 1,56,000. The money is said to be donated to charitable causes.
#2 Madhuri Dixit’s ‘Dhak Dhak’ saree- Rs 80,000.

The iconic yellow saree from the song ‘Dhak Dhak Karne Laga’ was auctioned for Rs. 80,000. The saree was auctioned for a charitable cause.
#3 Farooq Shaikh’s ring from ‘Umrao Jaan’- Rs 96,000.

The sapphire ring that was worn by the late Farooq Shaikh in ‘Umrao Jaan’ was auctioned for Rs 96,000.
#4 Madhuri Dixit’s ‘Maar Dala’ lehenga- Rs 3,00,00,000.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Devdas’ was iconic in every sense. The green lehenga which was worn by Madhuri Dixit in the song ‘Maar Dala’ was sold for a whopping Rs 3,00,00,000. The lehenga was designed by Manish Malhotra.
#5 Shammi Kapoor’s ‘Junglee’ jacket- Rs 80,000.

The iconic song ‘Yahoo, chahe koi mujhe junglee kahe‘ was auctioned. It was reportedly sold to Aamir Khan at Rs 80,000.
#6 Salman Khan’s ‘Jeene Ke Hai Chaar Din’ towel- Rs 1,42,000.

The towel step from the song ‘Jeene ke hai chaar din’ from ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogey’ had become a status symbol. The towel was auctioned online and was sold for Rs 1,42,000.
