Deaths Of 9 Bollywood Celebrities That Shook The Internet But Turned Out To Be Just Rumors

While death humor is a thing, death in itself can never be funny. Thanks to the Internet and few pranksters, there have always been rumors of celebrities dropping dead. Sadly, the fans fall for it every time, before it is disclosed that it was a just rumor and nothing more.

Recently, there was a rumor that Sylvester Stallone died. The actor later clarified that in fact, he wasn’t dead.

Please ignore this stupidity… Alive and well and happy and healthy… Still punching!

These type of rumors are not just reserved for Hollywood stars. Celebrities from the Bollywood film fraternity have also faced their own share of death rumors.

#1. Madhuri Dixit

Apparently, the actress was reported to have died of a heart attack. The news was not entirely false. A woman with the same name had died in the same locality, coincidentally. It was not the Dhak Dhak girl.

#2. Amitabh Bachchan

An old picture of Amitabh Bachchan being rushed to the hospital went viral. The image showed him in weakly state and was circulated via various Whatsapp groups. The truth did, however, come to life.

#3. Dilip Kumar

Dilip Kumar has fallen prey to the death rumors more times than probably every celebrity. In 2017, again the Internet floated the hoax that the veteran actor was dead. Thankfully, he cleared up the rumors himself by tweeting that he is in fact very much alive.

#4. Lata Mangeshkar

Looks like the Internet is ready to write off senior artists in the industry with no reason. When the rumors hit that Lata Mangeshkar had passed away, Madhur Bhandarkar and Smriti Irani came forward to rubbish it.

#5. Ayushmann Khurana

This has got to be one of the most bizarre death hoaxes. This was back in 2013 when it was reported that the singer-actor died in a snowboarding accident in Switzerland. It was obviously untrue, he went on to make more movies since he is alive and breathing.

#6. Katrina Kaif

2018 carried on the trend of fake deaths. A Facebook page reported the death of Katrina Kaif and the news got a bit of traction. When the fans realized that this, in fact, was a rumor they were relieved.

#7. Shah Rukh Khan

Wait, what?  Seems like 2017 was the year of death hoaxes. Another one claimed that Shah Rukh Khan was killed in plane crash on his way to Paris. The rumors also stated there were 7 other casualties. Seems like these rumor mongers were really creative!

#8. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

In 2016, Aishwarya Rai fell victim to another of these horrible pranks. In 2016, the rumors alleged that Ash had committed suicide due to troubles at home. Obviously, the news turned out to be absolute rubbish. This is vile!

#9. Kader Khan

Once everyone on the Internet thought Kader Khan was dead. A source finally clarified that the actor was fine and the death rumors were false.

Thank god all of them proved to be false. Feeling trolled yet?
