This Pic Of Dhoni With PAK Captain’s Son Shows IND-PAK Cricket Is Lot More Than Just Rivalry
Amid the frenzy over Sunday’s Champions Trophy title clash between India and Pakistan, a photo of Indian wicketkeeper MS Dhoni has gone viral, winning hearts on social media.
On the eve of a high-tension cricket clash between Pakistan and India, MS Dhoni was pictured carrying Sarfaraz Ahmed’s adorable baby boy Abdullah.
Sarfaraz’s son was born in February this year. The Pakistani captain had revealed that he is a great admirer of Dhoni and also idolises him.
The photograph of Dhoni and Sarfaraz’s son was all the rage on Twitter. The photo went viral on social media, drawing praise from fans of two countries.
This picture captures the soul of Ind-Pak matches. Enemies on the field. BFFs off the field. Dhoni with Sarfaraz's son, Abdullah. pic.twitter.com/O6p3CPpIUn

The photo was clicked at Hotel Grange City in London, where the two teams are currently staying. Sarfraz also shared the picture with his India-based uncle Mehboob Hasan, who is Sarfraz’s mother’s brother.
India are the favourites, having launched their title-defence with a 124-run thrashing of Pakistan at Birmingham’s Edgbaston on June 4.
India won the Champions Trophy title in 2013, under the leadership of Dhoni, and will aim to lift the trophy once again when they take on bitter rivals at the Kennington Oval today.
Amidst all this hatred and anger, an adorable picture of two individuals of these countries has become a symbol of hope for cricket fans. To paraphrase something that Ravi Shastri says – In the end, humanity and cricket won together.
